TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each piece will be handmade for you to order. If you decide to wait a little longer to receive your order, you will have taken a step to minimize waste and produce only what is necessary. Additionally, this piece will be made exclusively for you and will be unique.

Each of our bespoke pieces is made by hand over the course of 4 weeks.

  1. REGULAR SHIPPING

    You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next business day after making your purchase. Shipping time takes effect from the next business day after the purchase has been made.

    PERU:

    • Metropolitan Lima: 2 to 4 business days.
    • Provinces: From 3 to 6 business days. If the address is in a remote area (provinces), consider 1-2 additional days.

    Business days: Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays decreed by the government are not included. Order delivery hours are: Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

    No specific delivery times or shipments are scheduled on a date other than the one indicated. If the driver does not find the customer or someone responsible for the order at the indicated address, the order will return to the offices of Cornelio Borda or the Courier in charge. For delivery, it can be picked up at the Cornelio Borda Showroom after prior coordination or you can pay for shipping again for home delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL:

    • America: 5-15 business days
    • Europe: 5-15 business days
    • Asia and Oceania: 5-15 business days

    These times are for the central areas of each city, if it is a remote area, an additional 1-2 days should be considered.

    The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, stoppages on transportation routes, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

    For international shipments, any tariffs or taxes generated by the entry of the product will be the responsibility of the customer. All purchases made on Cornelioborda.com are shipped from Peru.

  2. PICK UP AT THE SHOWROOM

    Pick-up at the Comandante Espinar showroom, Miraflores for products purchased on Cornelioborda.com, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook will be coordinated in advance with the client.

    When you pick up your order, you must present your ID and the order number.

  1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TAXES OR DUTIES

    Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment arrives in your country. The Customs of each country determine the amounts.

    The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the appropriate authorities.

    Contacting Customs can help you find out the amount of tax-free imports determined in your country and/or calculate how much tax you will have to pay for the item you are purchasing.

    In the event that the customer refuses to receive their order due to additional charges determined by Customs, Cornelio Borda reserves the right to charge the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.

    In the month of your birthday, we give you 10% off on a product.

    • Valid only for the purchase of one (1) item.
    • Does not apply to new collections (less than 3 months of launch)
    • It is essential to present your DNI, as well as your birthday in the current month.
    • Personal and non-transferable discount.
    • Valid for purchases through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
    • Not combinable with other promotions or products upon request.
    • Includes first purchases.
    • It is essential to present ID.
