PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The offer and sale of products on our website “cornelioborda.com” are governed by this Purchase Agreement.
Products purchased on cornelioborda.com are sold directly by New Territories Services.
New Territories Services entered in the IRS Office of CINCINNATI – OH with identification no. VAT / EIN 27-307189. The Head Office of New Territories Services is in White Stone VA, USA.

1. Our sale policy
CORNELIOBORDA offers products for sale on cornelioborda.com and exclusively carries out its electronic business activity toward its end “consumers”.
We use the term “consumer” to mean any individual acting on cornelioborda.com for purposes not related to or referable to any sales, business or professional activity. If you are not a “consumer”, please refrain from making purchases through cornelioborda.com.
Orders made with cornelioborda.com are for end user only. Orders using a VAT identification number must be made by contacting the company directly at the following number: +39 ——–.
This Purchase Agreement apply exclusively to the offer, sending and acceptance of orders for products made through cornelioborda.com by users of cornelioborda.com.
2. How to complete a contract with New Territories Services
To complete a purchase for one or more items on cornelioborda.com, you must fill out the order form electronically and send it on line following the relative instructions.
The order form contains a summary of the Purchase Agreement, information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price (including all applicable taxes), the way of payment that you may use to purchase each product and the delivery terms of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions of how to exercise the right to withdrawal and the modes and times for returning purchased products.
The contract is concluded when New Territories Services receives your order form via web, after verification of the correctness of data relating to your order.
Prior to purchasing the products by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions, and confirm their acceptance by selecting the corresponding field.
The order form will be archived in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law.
Before submitting your order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any errors in data entry.
The language to conclude the contract with New Territories Services is Italian and English.
Once the contract will be concluded, New Territories Services will process your purchased order.
New Territories Services may not process the purchase orders which do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or which are incomplete or incorrect, or in case of unavailability of products. In such cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been finalized and that New Territories Serviceshas not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products featured on cornelioborda.com are no longer available for sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order form, New Territories Services will sure to inform you of any lack of availability, in due time and in any case, no more than thirty (30) days from the day after your order form was sent.
In case of forwarding your order form and paying the price, New Territories Services will refund the full price of the item.
By sending the order form on line, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe in dealing with New Territories Services this Purchase Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms in the Purchase Agreement, please do not submit your order form to purchase products on cornelioborda.com.
By submitting an order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the Terms and conditions and all the additional information contained in cornelioborda.com, also through links, including the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Once the agreement has been completed, New Territories Services will send you an email with a receipt for the purchase order, containing a summary of the information in the order form (Purchase Agreement, information about the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information concerning price, payment method, your right of cancellation and delivery charges).
3. Guarantee and product prices
On cornelioborda.com are offered for sale only first-rate quality products.
The basic product characteristics are illustrated on cornelioborda.com in each product data sheet. The images and colours of items sold on cornelioborda.com may, however, not exactly correspond to the actual ones due to the effects of your Internet browser and monitor settings.
Product prices are subject to variation and updates. Please check the final retail price before forwarding your order form.
Should you decide to avail of your right to cancel the order or return the item, New Territories Services has the right not to accept items whose essential quality has been altered or which have been damaged in any way.
4. Payment
Payment for items and the relevant shipping costs can be made as stated on the order form.
5. Shipping and delivery of products
You can track and trace your order directly on the website “gls-group.eu” using the number that we will send you by email as soon as your order dispatches.
6. Customer service
You may request any information from New Territories Services contacting our customer service at the address info@cornelioborda.com or by telephone at +39 ———– (from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30/12.30 – 14.30/19.00).
7. Right to withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded with New Territories Services, without any penalty and without specifying any reason, no later than ten (10) days from the date of receipt of items purchased on cornelioborda.com.
You are responsible for shipping costs and also in the event of loss of, or damage to, the items. Please access the courier’s site to target your parcel.
The right to cancel, as well as when compliant with the methods and terms stated here above, is considered to have been exercised correctly when there is full compliance with the following conditions:
a. Withdrawal must be made known by recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt to be sent to New Territories Services, or by fax (+39 ————-), email (info@cornelioborda.com) or telegram, provided that it is followed, no later than 48 hours after, with the recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt;
b. Clear indication of your personal details, order number, items returned and bank details to as to be able to transfer the relevant sum to your account;
c. The registered letter must be correctly completed and sent no more than 10 days from receipt of the items;

e. Items must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
f. Items must be returned integral and not used, in their original packaging;
g. Returned items must be sent to fashionholic.it in one shipment only. Cornelioborda.com, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order if returned or sent at different times;
h. If the consumer should find any defects in materials or workmanship, we will refund the price of the items plus postage and packing.
If the Cancellation Right is used as instructed in this paragraph 7, New Territories Services will return any amounts paid for the purchase of the items net of any shipping costs for the delivery to you of the purchased products.
As well as the amount paid, New Territories Services will return shipping costs only in the event that the item is being returned due to causes that can be attributed to New Territories Services, such as the case in which the item does not correspond fully to the basic characteristics as stated or if it has defects in manufacture or if there have been errors in the delivery of same.
Refunds will be paid as promptly as possible and in any case, no more than thirty (30) days from the date on which New Territories Services is effectively informed of your decision to cancel the agreement.
New Territories Services will initiate refund procedures once it has checked the correct execution of the above terms and conditions, as stated in paragraph 8.
Should you fail to abide by the methods and terms for exercising your right to cancel, as specified in paragraph 7, you will forfeit the right to a refund of the amount paid, although you can choose to have the items returned to you, at your expense, in the condition in which they were returned to New Territories Services. Otherwise, New Territories Services may keep the items as well as the amounts already paid for their purchase.
8. Time and refund methods
After the return of items, New Territories Services will check them to make sure that they conform to the terms and conditions as stated in paragraph 7.
Should the checks have a positive response, New Territories Services will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned items.
Whatever payment method you used, New Territories Services will make the refund no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which it was made aware of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from the sale, subsequent to checking the correct execution of the above terms and conditions and acceptance of the returned items.
Should the name of the recipient on the order form differ from the name of the person making the payment for the purchase, refunds will be made by New Territories Services to the person who made payment.
The date of validity for crediting the abovementioned amount will be the same as that of the debit and therefore, no loss will be made in terms of bank interest. The actual payment to your account will be within the normal time required by standard banking procedures.

10. Applicable law and resolution of disputes
This Purchase Agreement is governed by Italian law and specifically by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, which regulates distance agreements, and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 which regulates some aspects of e-business.
In case of disputes between cornelioborda.com and any end user, arising from this Purchase Agreement, the legal jurisdiction remains with the court of Fermo, Italy.
11. Amendments and updates
The Purchase Agreement may be modified in any moment in consideration of possible regulatory changes.
The New Terms of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on cornelioborda.com.
